Magical Mystery Mondays! - Where Are We?

It's Monday and you know what that means!  Well, you do if you read our blog anyways.  Time to challenge you on your Park knowledge and see if you're actually paying attention to all of the cool things surrounding you.

We don't think that today's is too hard if you spend time at The Park regularly, and we think it shouldn't be too hard to deduce where it might be even if you've never seen this sign before, so let the guessing begin!

We're back!  Yesterday was a pretty good day with our little game.  We got several guesses on our picture and quite a few people participating which is a really fun thing for us!

This particular shot can be found inside the Greetings From California store in Sunshine Plaza at Disney California Adventure.

Magical Mystery Mondays! - Where Are We?

Time to go already?

So, Park fans, we're back with another of our "Magical Mystery Monday" segments!

I've probably walked by this signage a thousand times over the past few years, but never really noticed it (it didn't register) or paid attention to it until just recently.  Where are we?  Any ideas?

Thanks so much to everyone who participated again this week!  We had several people take guesses via Facebook, Twitter or commenting here (you can see those for yourself) but in the end only two were correct.

Our friends Al & Joyce from 'Tales From The Mouse House', and our friends from FindingMickey.com, were the only ones to correctly guess that this signage is in face in the Engine-Ears Toy shop in Disney California Adventure, located on the right as you enter The Park.  This particular sign is above the shop exit that is closest to Bur-r-r Bank Ice Cream.  Pretty neat, huh?  We especially liked the 'Go Away' portion of the sign.  Too funny!

We had a comment or two from people who were shocked they didn't know where this was, even though they thought themselves "Park fanatics".  Which is what we're trying to accomplish!  We don't want to trip people up, but we're honestly loving noticing a lot of these details ourselves for the first time, and we want to share them with you.  So keep those eyes moving when your inside The Parks because you never know what you're going to find.  Hope you'll come back next week and play again!

The Holidays In The Park: Disney California Adventure

Even though we may personally feel that Disney California Adventure might not be living up to its fullest potential, at least as far as Holiday decor is concerned, we still think there are some pretty neat decorations up and around this Park.  

It saddens us to say this will be the last year that the letters in California will be standing, and so the last year we'll see them with their candy cane feel.  But we're hopeful that with all of the changes that will soon be coming that there will also be some new Holiday decorations to look forward to, as well.

These are some of our favorites.  Hope you enjoy them, too!

We tend to like this version even more than the real bridge.  Does the real one have a beautiful wreath on the front, too?

We love this tree heading into Paradise Pier!  And while you're perusing, keep your peepers open and see if you can spot the Hidden Mickey on it.
