Come stroll along with us for our latest episode of the Days in the ParkCast, our self-proclaimed “Christmas Spectacularrrrr!”  In this packed-to-the-hilt episode of the ParkCast, we’re tackling the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort and giving our own take on everything that Disneyland has to offer during this very special time of year.  We hope that if you’re a fan of Disneyland during the holidays, you’ll get a kick out of reliving your favorite moments from our perspective, and if you’ve never been but are interested in Disneyland this time of year, well, there’s something in there for you too!  Pull up your chair and sit a spell; we’ll be happy you did!

Back Into Santa's Reindeer Round-Up For More Deer Fun!

We don't often post multiple times in one day, but we came across this video on the Disney Parks Blog yesterday and wanted to share.

We posted a picture of the reindeer over at the Round-Up a week or so ago, and haven't been back since (we need to go see them again), but we thought this would make a nice supplement to that picture if you haven't already seen it.

Enjoy!

They must have been "relaxing" when we took this picture

The Holidays In The Park: Santa's Reindeer Round-Up

Today we continue our Holiday wanderings into The Park and find all the cheer located in and around Big Thunder Ranch in Frontierland, or as its called this time of year, "Santa's Reindeer Round-Up".

Much like it is during Halloween Time, the area has been completely transformed to reflect the new season approaching.  This is just a small sampling of the many pictures we took, but we think it gives you a good idea of just awesome this area looks now.

Enjoy!

Found by "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad", this sign points the way to the Holiday fun at "Santa's Reindeer Round-Up"

Santa makes a daily appearance in Big Thunder Ranch and it's free!  Take your kiddies by to let the Big Man just want they want for Christmas.
The Petting Zoo has been replaced with Reindeer during the Holiday Season.  They were pretty sleepy when we were there.  Maybe they were sleeping and preparing for their big trip at the end of December?

These fun reindeer facts were up all around the area

Pictures and paintings like this made the area feel full of Holiday spirit

It might not necessarily look like much (Charlie Brown?) but we thought this miniature Christmas Tree was just beautiful

I guess the Doom Buggies from Halloween Time are just as nice as Holiday-themed carriages.  They're certainly decked out beautifully!

Be sure if you're in The Park during the Holidays to check this area out. It's a must-see!
