Today we continue our Holiday wanderings into The Park and find all the cheer located in and around Big Thunder Ranch in Frontierland, or as its called this time of year, "Santa's Reindeer Round-Up".
Much like it is during Halloween Time, the area has been completely transformed to reflect the new season approaching. This is just a small sampling of the many pictures we took, but we think it gives you a good idea of just awesome this area looks now.
Enjoy!
Found by "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad", this sign points the way to the Holiday fun at "Santa's Reindeer Round-Up" |
Santa makes a daily appearance in Big Thunder Ranch and it's free! Take your kiddies by to let the Big Man just want they want for Christmas. |
The Petting Zoo has been replaced with Reindeer during the Holiday Season. They were pretty sleepy when we were there. Maybe they were sleeping and preparing for their big trip at the end of December? |
These fun reindeer facts were up all around the area |
Pictures and paintings like this made the area feel full of Holiday spirit |
It might not necessarily look like much (Charlie Brown?) but we thought this miniature Christmas Tree was just beautiful |
I guess the Doom Buggies from Halloween Time are just as nice as Holiday-themed carriages. They're certainly decked out beautifully! |
The entrance to "Santa's Reindeer Round-Up" and the Big Thunder Barbecue Restaurant |
Be sure if you're in The Park during the Holidays to check this area out. It's a must-see!
