Really, what words would be necessary? You owe it to yourself to get over to the Big Thunder Ranch Petting Zoo at 5:30pm for closing time. You won't be sorry you did.
On Thursday of this week, Days In The Park was finally able to do something we've been wanting to do for a few years now, the Halloween tour (aptly named The Happiest Haunts Tour) at Disneyland Resort.
We plan on doing an entire post about it later in the week, but in the meantime, here's a quick snapshot of Mark enjoying the swag he "earned" while on the tour.
And again, be sure to check back later in the week for a full write-up of all the fun!
I have to admit that sometimes I'm not very quick on the uptake. It certainly never dawned on me while we at The Park on Sunday.
But as I was shuffling through my parking passes in the car yesterday afternoon (I keep them all, by date, in my little dashboard document holder; I'm sick, sick I tell ya!) I noticed it.
While it may have been crowded and hot, and while we may have left The Park with our energy levels below 0, we can say we were there the only day this century that this will happen.
You've heard of 'Picture of the Week' or 'Picture of the Month'? We present to you, the 'Picture of the Visit'!
Here at Days In The Park, our kids (for Chad his 3 sons, and for Mark his niece) play a large role in our excursions into The Park. Chad was able to take his youngest out for a little daddy time yesterday morning, and we chose this to be our Picture Of The Visit!
We can't, however, help but be a bit afraid of the way Pinocchio appears to be leering at Lucas. Who knew a little wooden boy could be so sneaky?
