"Almost" Wordless Wednesday: Naps In Space!

Our "napping" themes over the past couple of weeks have proven to be some of the most popular pieces we've ever written.  We've enjoyed doing them, and obviously people have enjoyed reading them, so we're going to keep it going.  Looking back now, we've taken a lot of napping photos, so there's lot to draw from, but what's more popular than a good ride photo?  And this could well be the one that started it all!

We took this one a few years ago when we were on a trip with our church's youth group on Space Mountain in Tomorrowland.  Chad is the second row and Mark in the back.  It was our last ride after a very long day, so I guess we figured it was as good a place as any to doze off.

Last week's picture of Mark napping on Amy's spot outside of Off the Page in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot proved pretty popular (we got several comments on it), so we decided to bring it back for another round!  It got us to wondering if we had any other pictures in our files of Days In The Park napping around The Resort, and what do you know, we did!  Enjoy!

"Almost" Wordless Wednesday: Naptime!

Amy is fond of regaling us with the story of a particular time when she spent the night inside Disney California Adventure while waiting for an event the next day.  Apparently, and we've been told this many times, she spent the night right here on this particular spot of concrete, on top of Dumbo, right outside Off The Page in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot.

We were pretty beat after running around during the unofficial Star Wars Fan Day at Disneyland this past weekend, so Mark felt it a good time to recreate the event in its entirety so we could share it with the world.  "The ground was a little hard, but if Amy could do it, so could I!", he was quoted as saying.  So next time you're in The Park, and looking for a good napping spot, give it a whirl!  We think that you'll be happy you did.
