Leaving The Grid on Flying Tires - ParkCast #10

In this episode, we’re going back in time and revisiting some character information from a previous episode as Mark got to meet one of his “goofy” heroes.  We’re also bidding a fond farewell to some of our favorite Disneyland spots, and looking FORWARD to a few more.  And the debate over the Dole Whip and the Mint Julep rages on as we discuss that timeless question: “Can a beverage be an attraction”?  Lastly, Mark gets his day in the spotlight as we finally reveal one of his favorite, and a very personal, Mickey in our Hidden Mickey segment.  So pull up your chair and sit a spell; we’ll all be happy that you did!

Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room - Almost Wordless Wednesday

While scrolling through some music in iTunes this morning, I stumbled across my recording of the Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room attraction.  Whenever I hear the song, I can't help but instantly be transported into Disneyland inside our beloved Tiki Room, singing "like ze birdies sing".  One of our favorite things in the world is to grab a Dole Whip Float just inside Adventureland and walk inside and eat our treats while enjoying one of our favorite shows on the planet; hence the inspiration for today's post with some of our favorite pictures from inside The Room.  We hope you enjoy!
