After much consideration (well, not really) and a ton of thought (again, not really) we're pleased to announce that as of now, Days In The Park has a new home on the web: http://www.daysinthepark.com.
We've just chosen our home, paid off the mortgage and picked up the keys all in one fell swoop. Oh, if only it were so easy in the real world.
Not that it will matter much in terms of what you guys see, but we came to the conclusion that daysinthepark.com just rolled off the tongue so much nicer than ourlivesasdisneyfreaks.blogspot.com. What do you think?
It may take a few days for everyone to be able to find us at the new URL (although it does seem to spreading across the internet fairly quickly; I can already point my browser directly at it to get there, and others can, too), so if you can't get there by going to the new address, you can continue going to our old URL for as long as you want. Over the next few days, it will begin automatically sending you to the new site anyway. And without even asking your permission to do so, either (perish the thought!).
Nothing will change. Everything will stay exactly the same and we're going to keep heading the same direction.
And just like buying a house in the real world, I guess by buying this metaphorical one, we've dedicated ourselves to this for the long haul. We've been pleased with the response so far, we've made some new friends out of it, and we're moving onward and upward, never looking back.
So that's what we've been up to today. We'll get back up on that proverbial blogging horse tomorrow. We'll just be doing it a little bit fancier than before.
