Visits to The Park this week: 1
It's been a great week! We managed to get new posts out every day, and we think there's some really fun and informative stuff there. We were really happy to jump back on the Magical Blogorail at the end of the week again. This monthly "blog hop" we participate in is a lot of fun. If you haven't had a chance to yet, check it out! And make sure you check out all of the other stops along the way in addition to ours.
Last Sunday night didn't go quite as we had anticipated it would. We made it to the Park on time Sunday afternoon and had a great spot for the Candlelight Processional, but just as it was about to start Mother Nature intervened and both shows scheduled for Sunday evening were canceled completely. It was a downer to be sure, but we made the best of it (more later this week on that). Best laid plans and all that...
Last Week on Days In The Park:
On Monday, we gave you a look at the Holiday decorations adorning the different areas of Disney California Adventure
Tuesday, we introduced you to some of our favorite Park music featuring 'A Musical History of Disneyland' and 'Cosmic Reid's Starlight Cafe'
For our "Almost" Wordless Wednesday, in honor of the impending TRON: Legacy release, we rocked with an ElecTRONica dancer
We took you along with us on a recent "tweet-up" we had one Night In The Park on Thursday
Friday, we made our monthly stop along the Magical Blogorail and looked at the different ways to celebrate the holidays at the Disneyland Resort
And finally on Saturday we introduced you to some of Days In The Parks' best friends with our new "Friends Of Days In The Park" page
At The Resort:
Got to love the Holidays at The Park. It's Sunday, so guess where we are?! A bunch of us Twitter and website friends are taking the Holiday Tour together in the afternoon, and we're really excited! If you've never done a tour of any kind at The Park, you're really missing out! It's great to see things, and hear about things, from a different perspective than you might normally get. And word has it that we're going to get to do this particular tour with one of our favorite Guest Relations reps, but don't tell him we said that.
This particular tour has you wandering The Park and learning more about the different traditions and decorations on display and how they reflect different holiday celebrations worldwide. Good stuff. It certainly doesn't hurt to have priority boarding on The Park holiday attractions, treats and goodies, and front-row seating for the "Christmas Fantasy Parade", either.
The biggest news to us this week was the announcement that as of January 4, 2011, the letters spelling "California" outside of Disney California Adventure will begin to be taken down. Even though we're really excited to see The Park's transformation over the next couple of years, we're nonetheless going to be sad to see these go. We're going to miss seeing them, and taking pictures that include them. Make sure you get out there one last time for that perfect picture opportunity. Time is shrinking.

Lots to talk about this week! We have something set up already for each and every day.
This week we'll talk about social networking while at The Parks, take a look at some Muppets, round out our Holiday picture posts with just a few more from around The Parks, and even though we didn't get to see the actual Candlelight Processional we're still going to talk about it.
And lest you should forget, TRON: Legacy opens on Friday!!! We'll be going to the midnight showing and can't wait to see what Disney has done with the franchise 20 years later. TRON, as every other Wednesday this month, will make up our "Almost" Wordless Wednesday.

Hi,
We are in the parks a great deal and cover the latest Disney news and reviews on our weekly Disney Podcast. We cover mostly WDW and DCL, but I am heading to DL in a few weeks to do a review on that too.
Hi there,
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope that your trip to our Park is a good, informative and fun one! :)
