HalloweenTime Presents: Big Thunder Ranch

One of the things we were most excited about seeing this Halloween was Big Thunder Ranch. There's always so much to see back here! Between the pumpkin scarecrows everywhere, the autumn decor and the daily pumpkin carvings, there's always something new to experience.

Next time you're at The Park, if you haven't already, make sure that you check it out!

Loved exploring this area of the park! When we were back there last time there were Princess and the frog pumpkins; Mama Odie, Ray, Louis, Naveen and Tianna as frogs. Love that there are carvers that you can watch make these amazing creations and that they add new ones all the time. Loving the old hag from Snow White and Prince John sucking his thumb. Awesome.

My son showed me those poker players are cheaters! They both have aces up their sleeves. Guess you can never trust a pumpkin head when playing cards.

Thanks, Lynnette. :)

We really enjoyed it. We spent about 45 minutes just walking around and taking stuff in. It was amazing. We didn't see the pumpkin carver (he showed up a bit later) but the creations were amazing. Prince John was my favorite, I think.

And I'm not sure you can trust a pumpkin head at ANY time. ;)

Are you planning on Trick or Treating there this year?

Thanks so much!

I'm glad they turned out so well. We had our new camera at The Park with us that day, and I thought they turned out well, but it's nice to hear it from someone else, too. :)

No, not this year (hopeful for next year). We've been wanting to do the Happiest Haunts Tour for the past few years so we did that this year. I think next year we will be Trick or Treating. The youngest member of DITP will be 4 then, so he'll probably enjoy it more. ;)
